This person would lead the residential service team in making our customers happy with our exceptional service and our friendly people. Part of this position’s responsibility would be to efficiently schedule our service work with the service team to maximize a productive output. The position requires attention to detail because reviewing paperwork is an important part of the daily activities. Experience in residential overhead garage door service is a plus but not required. This person needs to be very professional and have integrity and high moral standards and have a desire to help and serve people.
The Residential Garage Door Service Team Leader will be required to interact with our customers and be able smooth out any situations where we might have failed to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. This will require the Residential Garage Door Service Team Leader to drive to customers’ locations. This is a full-time position and this person is expected to come to the office Monday - Friday and they will be required to occasionally work in the evening and on Saturdays.
Good people and organizational skills are a must. Being able to motivate the residential service team to accomplish the company’s goals is an important aspect of Residential Garage Door Service Team Leader’s position. Helping maintain the company's exceptional reputation is a primary responsibility of this position. Making customers happy and developing trust and loyalty with each customer is a primary goal of this position. Safety of both our employees and our customers is also an important responsibility of this position.
We do require a pre-employment drug test (hair), background check, and a clean and insurable driving record. The compensation for this position is salary plus commission.
