Outside Sales Position Featured
Established, growing, family owned and operated garage door company seeking full time sales person for the Southern CA geography. This is a full-time position with flexible hours (based on daily appointment schedule). The majority of estimate appointments are for customer referrals. Little to no cold calling required. Responsibilities include: Provide door options to customer, takes measurements and completes bids on–site and in the office. Possess ability to work independently as well as work in collaboration with installation crew and office staff Must manage time effectively Ability to adhere to stated workflows and procedures Schedule sales estimate appointments Work with customer through job completion Enter new customer data and other sales data for active leads into computer database Estimate date of delivery to customer using knowledge of this firm’s production and delivery schedules Ensure all scheduled work is performed to the customer’s satisfaction and resolve any issues or problems Candidate should possess skills including: Experience in garage door industry Experience estimating, selling or installing garage doors preferred. Highly motivated Organized /detail oriented Computer skills Must be able to measure with accuracy Excellent verbal/and written communication skills Strong follow-up skills Punctual and timely Valid Driver’s License Must be able to pass a criminal background check Job Type: Full-time Salary and Commissions negotiable, based on experience.
