Overhead Door Company of Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking an Operations Manager for their growing door business. The Operations Manager is responsible for all operations, including planning and scheduling of technicians, selling and ordering for jobs, and general oversight of the office. Previous industry experience is highly desired. This job primarily revolves around your ability to communicate and organize well, if you can do those two things at a high level, you will be good at this job. This role will essentially be a restart; it is a good opportunity to leverage an existing company and expand it into a profitable company. Pay will be determined in part by your success in developing the company.
Oversee the operations of the company and delegate assignments to appropriate team members. Supervise and evaluate performance of installation and service; coordinate and manage inventory supplies and minimize waste; recruit, train and retain quality staff
Scheduling or planning experience preferred; attention to detail and problem solving; ability to organize and prioritize; must work well under stress and be able to meet deadlines; willingness to learn product and processes; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
