Garage Door Field Manager - Tech Service and Installation
Looking for experienced and talented garage door technician and/or installer who is forward thinking and interested in becoming a main cog in a great operation. This career position is for a forward thinking individual looking for the opportunity to match their ambition.
As Field Technician Manager, you’ll collaborate with Operations and Management to set direction, lead and develop a dedicated team, serve customers and clients, manage field operations, and apply lean thinking & systematic problem solving to continuously improve.
We currently operate throughout Northern California with employees utilizing company vehicles. Alongside the operational staff, you will work alongside technician and installation employees to provide the best service in the industry. As the leader, the technicians and installers will look to you for wisdom, direction, mentorship, and leadership. Your goal will be a win-win-win outcome to each job, each day and each situation……..a win for the customer, a win for the company and a win for the employees.
