Now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

•Process contract invoices, sales orders, closeout jobs

•Certified payroll and O&M activities reporting

•Receive and post customer payments

•Maintain contract files


OTHER:

•Regular communication with customers, vendors, operations, and administration

•Assist other members of the accounting/sales/administrative team as needed


REQUIRED SKILLS

• Customer service and vendor experience

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Construction and/or distribution background a plus
