Full time Customer Service Representative Dispatcher

Job Description

Apple Door Systems has an opening for a full-time customer service dispatcher in our Waynesboro office. The customer service dispatcher is a fast-paced job for a multi-tasker with a strong personality. Duties include: unloading truck deliveries, answering phones, taking service calls, scheduling appointments, working to solve customer's problems, routing technicians, ordering stock inventory, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, confirming jobs and printing all tickets for tech's daily work, confirming all material available for next day's scheduled work, preparing technicians paperwork and managing daily job field issues. The customer service dispatcher works closely with other company departments to complete each day’s work, billing and payroll.

Must have good computer skills and excellent telephone manner and must enjoy working with people on the phone and in person. Must be an organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to lift and carry up to 75lbs. A positive attitude and ability to resolve issues a must! Dispatching experience in the construction or like service industry preferred but will train the right person. Position hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Punctuality and amazing attendance a must.
