Overhead Door, serving Madison since 1957, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Project Coordinator. This position would be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of our commercial door projects and a key member of our management team.

Duties

• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationship with our customer contacts including general contractor, architect and end user throughout the project and beyond.
• Manage jobs throughout the project flow, from shop drawings to final completion.
• Schedule and coordinate installations with field personnel and customers.
• Verify field and job site conditions and coordinate with other subcontractors as needed.
• Control costs throughout the process to maintain job profitability.
  Qualifications
• Must have commercial construction experience and adept at reading blue prints and construction documents.
• Be comfortable with making construction site visits.
• Experience in the garage door industry preferred but not essential.
• Have good computer skills and be familiar with using Microsoft Office software.
• Good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment physical / drug screening.
  Compensation
  This non-union position will be paid an annual straight salary in the range of $58,000 - $62,500 with the possibility of bonus. Fringe benefits include employer sponsored medical plan, paid time off and employer matching retirement savings plan.

The majority of the work is outside, so the perfect candidate would be comfortable working in all seasons of NJ weather, with company-supplied shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. All power tools are provided by the company, with a short list of hand tools being the employee's responsibility.

The Details:
