We are looking for an Inside/Outside Salesperson to join our Builders Chicago team. You will have the opportunity to help us grow and expand our business.
As part of the Sales team, the ideal candidate will provide timely exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts; using a relationship sales approach to generate & qualify leads, grow existing customers and close sales. On average the Sales team spends 40% of their week in the office, 60% in the field.

Manage and grow existing accounts.
Develop new accounts.
Solve customer needs.
Research accounts, identify key contacts.
Minimum two years’ sales experience in B2B.
One year in commercial construction- experience with commercial doors preferred.
Strong people/networking/relationship building skills.
Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PDF editing).
Passionate with the ability to create innovative solutions to solve challenges.
Possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
Reliable personal vehicle transportation.
Ability to pass a federal background check and required drug testing.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
